This project focuses on improving healthcare access and promoting positive health behavior among communities in the *Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT). It examines the major healthcare challenges faced by remote indigenous communities, including limited medical facilities, inadequate health services, low health awareness, and geographical barriers. Drawing on the **Health Belief Model* and *Social Learning Theory*, the project proposes community-based interventions such as health awareness campaigns, educational programs, behavior change communication, and strengthened community clinic services. The initiative aims to encourage preventive healthcare practices, improve trust in modern medical services, and contribute to equitable and sustainable healthcare development in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
